Who is this for?
Owners of a flat, house, plot or shop in Ahilyanagar who live abroad or in another city, and families looking after a parent’s home from far away.

How do I get the reports?

Who pays for repairs?
You do, and only after you approve the work and its cost. We send you the bill for every payment made for your property.
Do I need to give a power of attorney?
Not for visits and reports. Some work, such as signing a rental agreement or dealing with an office for you, may need one. A lawyer drafts it; our page for NRIs explains how a power of attorney signed abroad is stamped here.
Can you rent out my flat?
If you want us to: we find and check a tenant, help with the rental agreement and its registration, and follow up the rent. You choose the tenant.
