1Who we are

Nagari Guntha ("we", "us") is a real-estate advisory and listing service based at Balikashram Rd, Ahilyanagar 414001, Maharashtra. We connect buyers, sellers and renters of property in and around Ahilyanagar and assist with related services such as home-loan facilitation and documentation support.

2Zero-brokerage model

We do not charge buyers brokerage on transactions marketed as 0% brokerage. Any charges applicable to a specific service (e.g. paid documentation assistance) are communicated clearly and agreed in writing before the service begins.

3Listings & information

• Property details (price, size, availability, photos) are provided by owners/developers and verified to the best of our ability, but may change without notice.
• Price trends, projections and calculators on this site are indicative estimates for education only — not investment, legal or tax advice.
• Final terms of any transaction are as per the registered agreement between buyer and seller.

4Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details when enquiring or subscribing.
• Independently verify title, approvals and measurements before purchase; we assist, but final due diligence is yours.
• Do not misuse the site (scraping, false enquiries, unlawful content).

5Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nagari Guntha is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of listings, estimates or third-party services (banks, lawyers, developers) referred through us.

6Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
